The Les Paul Futura has a Mahogany body that's topped with Maple giving it that unique Les Paul sound and providing quality sustain for those blistering solos and huge power chords. Although the Gibson Les Paul Guitar is notorious for being very heavy the Futura Min-ETune has been given Gibson's modern weight relief that allows it to have the same great sound at a more comfortable weight.

The Gibson Les Paul Futura Min-ETune features a 60's SlimTaper neck that is a lot thinner than the traditional 50's neck allowing for greater comfort and a very fast action.

Gibson Min-ETune System

The Gibson Les Paul Futura 2014 features the Min-ETune system which is a robotic tuning system capable of tuning the guitar in a matter of seconds to an accuracy of 2 cents. The system itself does not alter the string tone digitally like some other automatic tuners, it instead physically tunes each string simultaneously leaving you with the same pure Gibson tone. This not only allows for quicker changes between differently tuned songs but cuts down on time wasted whilst you look for a tuner then manually alter each string.
