ART X-Direct Active DI Box Overview
The ART X-Direct is an active single-channel DI box that converts high-impedance signals to low-impedance balanced signals and opens up a broad range of routing options for your studio or stage. Capable of handling unbalanced or balanced inputs via 1/4" jack or XLR cable, this DI box will process any signal you need it to. With a completely flat, neutral response, the X-Direct gives you accurate sound to route however you see fit. The X-Direct also boasts a variety of features to help clean up your sound for pristine quality. A built-in low-pass filter fixed well above the audible range helps to remove interference and noise before it becomes noticeable, and ground lift helps reduce hum and noise from the rest of your studio equipment from getting in the way. Phase inversion provides instant polarity reversal for another approach to noise reduction if needed, or for combining with a signal tap thanks to the X-Direct's Through jack.
