Power sequencing is the easy process of delaying the power change of some outlets compared to others to avoid large current draws or drops from powering down entire rigs at once. You can also take the hassle out of powering long signal chains, they will power down in the right order every time. Avoiding huge current drops or draws ensures the safety of your equipment and the mains plugs you use even further.
