The Mixars DUO features a battle-style configuration, perfect for Scratch DJs and DJs in battle. The ergonomic configuration is designed for quick and easy access to all major controls and parameters. One of the most unique features of the Mixars DUO is the ‘Beats’ control on each channel. This control allows you to browse through your track library without having to touch your computer for added convenience. There is also a three-band EQ control on each channel as well as high-pass and low-pass filter allowing you to make seamless transitions between songs for more complex mixes. A dedicated loop and effects section adds an extra flare to your mixes, allowing you to create dynamic transitions between songs. The Mixars DUO also features a built-in mini innoFADER crossfader that is rates for over 4 million cycles, perfect for extensive and prolonged use.

RGB Pads and Built-In Soundcard

The Mixars DUO also features a range of additional controls that add to your performance. The first is the eight RGB backlit pads that are used for Cue Triggers and sampling. You can configure these pads to trigger a range of cue points for concise and thought-out mixing capabilities. You can also uses the pads as a sampler pad, using them to trigger sounds such as vocal tags, one-shots, sound FX and more. The Mixars DUO also features an integrated soundcard minimising the need for external audio interfaces. You can even customise and map your mixer controls using third party audio software such as Serato. The two port USB hub also allows you to connect the Mixars DUO to a range of external audio devices such as MIDI controllers and more. Additionally, the Mixars DUO comes complete with a copy of Serato DJ to get you started straight out of the box.
